Tape

Application monitoring of a hardware and software infrastructure requires precise and calibrated tools based on what we are looking for.
TAPE responds to this need by allowing the analysis of the application logs of the most common software via proprietary agents or via the SNMP protocol.
With minimal customization we can create business flows that allow you to monitor exactly the beginning and end of a transaction.
In more generic environments TAPE monitors all the main functions such as cpu, memory, I/O and network finding the right correlations to avoid reporting false positives.
Precisely for these reasons, TAPE is equipped with a system called IAlarm which is able to understand if we are dealing with a real problem or a temporary fluctuation. The IAlarm algorithm is fed through the acquisition of typical days which allow it to understand the normal functioning of the monitored system.

Application Performance Monitoring

TAPE collects information relating to Siebel applications and manages to provide the times of each transaction performed by users with the possibility of creating a Business-Action sequence and analyzing it over time.

Business Action Sequence

It allows the creation of a sequence of activities in order to be able to analyze a set of selectable operations with their times and states Monitoring Server Performance.

Cloud installation

It allows to minimize the performance impact on the servers or devices to be monitored. Maximum flexibility and cost reduction.

EAI Inbound and Outbound monitoring

Even the EAI components are monitored both incoming and outgoing, providing call detail and user information

Workflow monitoring

Siebel Workflows are verified and plotted in a graph showing execution quantities and times

Analysis of application crashes

Every single Siebel crash produced (FDR) is extracted and put into a document and then provided to the appropriate personnel

Analysis of application queries

Queries exceeding the second are monitored and reported in the user interface for further analysis.

Analysis of User Experience flows with correlation of UX-Web-App-Db information

In the Transactions section of TAPE it is possible to verify the user's navigation and the operations he has carried out during the activity.
